We ship via UPS on orders received by UPS pickup on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders received between Thursday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday the following week. If you would prefer that we ship the order at a later time, please specify the ship date in the "Ordering Instructions" section of your shopping cart. Thank you.

We strongly recommend 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day shipping on perishable items to be shipped outside of the Northeast. Additionally, if your perishable order is being shipped to a warmer area we strongly recommend that you choose the option to ship in an insulated box with a frozen gel pack.
